Peformance monitor. Plan IV was originally written for OS/VS, and later ported to MVS as Plan IV: MVS. One of the earlier MVS performance monitors. Provided performance related statistics such as CPU usage, subsystem loading and use, and response times. Used information from SMF, RMF and MF/1. Included a facility to save and view historic performance information.
