Software to manage USPS Intelligent Mail (IMb) barcodes (previously known as 4-State Customer Barcode). Consists of two components:

• Manager: Add IMb codes to mailing lists, print streams and mail pre-sort software.
• Server: Guarantee uniqueness of IMb codes.

Only Manager component runs on z/OS.
