Mainframe-based search engine for documents and databases. Contextual search and retrieval of structured (field/record) and unstructured (free-form text) information. Sources supported include VSAM, IMS, DB2, ADABAS, CA IDMS and sequential files.
Includes command line, menu and application programming interface (API) interfaces.
First released by TSI (later Mercator Software) in the mid-1980s. Moved to DSI when it was spun off from TSI in 1986.
