Upgrade old COBOL syntax (such as OS/VS COBOL, DOS/VS COBOL and other ANSI 74 syntax) to ANSI 85 syntax (used by more recent COBOL II and subsequent COBOL compilers). Includes features to convert CICS macro level code to command level.
