Allows RedHat OpenShift containers to be depolyed on a z/OS system. zCX instances are single z/OS address spaces that can run one or more OpenShift containers.
Similar functionality to the z/OS Containers Extensions (zCX) features, but for OpenShift rather than Docker containers.
