Service and help desk management system. Included inventory, problem and change management modules. Originally developed as PNMS by Peregrine in the early 1980s for IBM Series/1 midrange computers. Later migrated to MVS.
Renamed to Peregrine Service Center in the 1990s, with Microsoft Windows NT and UNIX support. MVS support dropped in the 2004 from ServiceCenter 6. Peregrine Service Center renamed by HP to HP OpenView Service Management after acquiring Peregrine Systems.
