New York based software development and services company founded in 1968. Originally a computer services company called Computer Consultants Corporation. Name was later changed to CGA from the surnames of the three founders: John Croxton, Bernard Goldsmith and Harry Ault. Croxton and Ault left CGA in 1969.
The company was broken up and sold in 1986. The services division was sold to Cap Gemini to become Cap Gemini America. The software development division (including Top Secret) was acquired by Computer Associates in 1986. Other mainframe software products were sold to Duquesne Systems.
