Roseville California based private company founded in 1974. Specialized in software for computer resource usage, specializing originally for MVS and DOS/VSE. Later expanded to DB2, CICS and UNIX systems. Acquired by Platinum Technology in 1996, but divested in 1999. Acquired by IBM in 2006.
