Natick, Massachusetts based software development company specializing in mainframe-based accounting software. Founded in 1969 by Jim McCormack and Frank Dodge. Initial product performed fixed assets functions, marketed via mail order. Arch rival of Management Science America (MSA) in the mainframe accounting software market. IN 1989, held 12% of the accounting application market (MSA held 15.5%).

Acquired by Dunn & Bradstreet in 1983 for $50 million.  In 1990, was merged with MSA to form Dun & Bradstreet Software.
