Initial product performed fixed assets functions, marketed via mail order. Arch rival of Management Science America (MSA) in the mainframe accounting software market. IN 1989, held 12% of the accounting application market (MSA held 15.5%).
Acquired by Dunn & Bradstreet in 1983 for $50 million. In 1990, was merged with MSA to form Dun & Bradstreet Software.
