Runtime functionality of business rule management system (BRMS) component of WebSphere Operational Decision Management for z/OS. Provides the same functionality as the Websphere Decision Server for z/OS of WebSphere Operational Decision Management for z/OS, without the event management functionality.

First released in 2010, merging Websphere ILOG Rules for COBOL and Websphere ILOG JRules for z/OS. Support ended 2018. Merged into Operational Decision Manager for z/OS.
