Software to compress and optimize 3270 datastreams with no application changes. Reduces traffic by only transmitting altered components of 3270 screens, rather than the entire screen. Also reduces redundant VTAM traffic.
First released by BMC in 1992. Replaced with ULTRAOPT/IMS and ULTRAOPT/CICS.
