Sugarland, Texas based mainframe software developer formed in 1995. Known for the zPrime software package designed to reduce customer's software licensing costs, but withdrawn after legal action by IBM in 2011. Sold all IMS utilities to BMC in 2011.
Originally Peregrine/Bridge Transfer Corporation. Name changed to NEON Enterprise Software in 2002.
