Atlanta, Georgia based software development company specializing in mainframe-based accounting software. Founded in 1963 as a contract programming firm. Became bankrupt in 1971, but recovered to hold 15.5% of the accounting software market. Arch rival of McCormack & Dodge in the accounting market.

Acquired by Dunn & Bradstreet in 1989 for US$333 million after declining an offer from CA Technologies in the previous year for US$191 million.  In 1990, was merged with McCormack & Dodge to form Dun & Bradstreet Software.
