Acquired by Toronto based Crownx Inc in 1984, but re-acquired by employees in 1992 to form Praxis International. Acquired Compuserve Data Technologies and its Open/VMS System 1032 product line in 1994. Renamed back to Computer Corporation of America in 1996.
Acquired by Rocket Software in 2010, and operates as the subsidiary Rocket M204.
