Originally release in two different versions:

• Artix Mainframe Developer (or Artix Mainframe Web Services Developer) - for users with Orbix Mainframe.
• Artix Mainframe Transformer (or Artix Mainframe Web Services Transformer) - for stand-alone users.

First released by IONA Technologies. Acquired by Progress from its acquisition of IONA in 2008. Acquired by Micro Focus from Progress in 2012.
